Refund Policy.

The short version. All purchases are final and non-refundable once picks or content have been delivered for a billing period. You may cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. We review billing errors on a case-by-case basis within 14 days. Dissatisfaction with results is not a basis for a refund.
1. All Sales Final
Tycoon Sports Consulting LLC provides digital, informational, and analytical content that is delivered the moment a billing period begins. Because the service for each period is rendered immediately, all purchases from Tycoon Sports Consulting LLC are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, one-time plays, weekly plans, daily plans, and any flagship or promotional subscription.
Dissatisfaction with the outcome of any pick, disagreement with our analysis, losses sustained from your own wagering decisions, or change of mind are not grounds for a refund.
The only exceptions to this no-refund policy are legitimate billing errors as defined in Section 3 below. We do not issue automatic refunds under any circumstance; any refund that we may, at our sole discretion, decide to grant is reviewed and processed manually by our team after a written request from the cardholder.
1.1 One Pick Per Successful Charge
For recurring subscriptions, each successful charge entitles you to one (1) pick delivery for that billing cycle, as further described in Section 4.3 of the Terms of Service. If a charge fails (insufficient funds, expired card, declined by the issuing bank, etc.), no pick is delivered for that cycle and no separate refund or credit is issued. Your next successful charge entitles you to that day's pick. To resume delivery sooner, please update your payment method through the email link we send when a charge fails.
1.2 Single-Pick Stacking
Single Millionaire Maker pick purchases stack: each purchased pick credit is good for exactly one (1) broadcast delivery, and credits decrement one per broadcast you receive. Once your final credit is consumed, your account is automatically closed and no further charges or deliveries occur. Refunds are not issued for unused credits at the time of cancellation if you have already received at least one delivered broadcast on the credit pool.
1.3 Auto-Detection of Duplicate Subscriptions
To prevent customers from being inadvertently double-charged on future renewals, our system automatically detects recurring subscriptions that match an existing active subscription on email, phone, payment-card fingerprint, or Stripe Identity verification session. When a duplicate is detected, we cancel the new subscription immediately so no future renewals occur. The matched-against existing subscription is unaffected. You will receive an email letting you know the duplicate was cancelled and directing you to purchase a Millionaire Maker single pick if you want additional picks beyond your existing daily delivery (single picks stack — buy as many as you'd like). Per Section 1, all sales are final and the initial charge is not automatically refunded. If you believe the cancellation was issued in error, you may request a manual review under the billing-error window in Section 3.
2. Cancellation (Not the Same as a Refund)
You may cancel at any time — cancellation stops all future charges but does not refund charges already incurred for the current period:
- Email unsubscribe link — every email we send has a Cancel / Unsubscribe link in the footer that takes effect immediately.
- Email support — write info@jeremiahthetycoon.com from the email address on your account; we process cancellations within 24 hours.
Upon cancellation, pick delivery stops immediately and no further charges are made. The portion of the current billing period already served will not be refunded.
3. Billing-Error Window (14 Days)
We will review and correct legitimate billing errors if you notify us in writing within fourteen (14) days of the charge. Legitimate errors include:
- duplicate charges for the same billing period (note: duplicate-subscription detections under Section 1.3 are handled by direct customer-support follow-up rather than the billing-error window);
- charges posted after a confirmed cancellation;
- charges at a price different from the one disclosed at checkout; or
- a total technical failure on our side that prevented any picks from being delivered during the period (a charge that succeeded but where our delivery system never sent the pick — distinct from spam-folder filtering or other customer-side issues, see Section 4 below).
To request a billing-error review, email info@jeremiahthetycoon.com with the subject line "Billing Error — [your email]" and a short description. We respond within three (3) business days.
Note: a pick is deemed delivered at the moment our email-service provider (Resend) reports successful acceptance of the message. Subsequent delivery problems on your side — spam-folder filtering, full mailboxes, blocked senders — do not qualify as billing errors. Please ensure messages from picks@notify.jeremiahthetycoon.com are not blocked.
4. What Does NOT Qualify
The following are not billing errors and are not refundable:
- dissatisfaction with the Service, our picks, or our analysis;
- losing a bet placed on your own behalf;
- a change of mind or a decision to stop betting;
- forgetting to cancel before the next renewal (use the one-click unsubscribe link);
- delivery delays caused by your email provider, carrier filtering, device settings, or incorrect contact information you provided; and
- sharing your account with a third party (a breach of our Terms, Section 3).
5. Chargebacks
Before you file a chargeback, contact us. We can usually resolve billing issues within 24 hours at info@jeremiahthetycoon.com.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or bank without first contacting us in good faith is a breach of our Terms of Service. A chargeback filed under those circumstances may result in:
- immediate and permanent termination of your account and access to the Service;
- a permanent ban from all current and future services operated by Tycoon Sports Consulting LLC;
- our pursuing recovery of the disputed amount, chargeback fees, our costs of collection, and attorneys' fees; and
- referral of the matter to our counsel and/or a collections agency.
When we have evidence of the service delivered, we contest chargebacks and provide receipts, pick delivery logs, login history, and policy acceptance records to the card network.
6. Subscription Renewals
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, as disclosed at checkout. We send an email receipt after every successful charge. To avoid the next renewal, cancel at any time before the renewal date using the methods in Section 2.
7. Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Refunds, where approved under this policy, are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, subject to your issuing bank.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes are emailed to active subscribers.
